About Theresa Hoey, LCSW

Theresa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#110518) dedicated to helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding.

Throughout her career she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting her clients using an empathic and insightful approach.

Theresa treats adults and adolescents facing a wide variety of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and relationship issues.

She most recently worked at UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital as an Inpatient Clinical Social Worker alongside interdisciplinary teams of doctors and nurses to provide comprehensive care. Understanding that hospitalization can be a very difficult and intense experience, she was able to connect deeply with patients while also acting as an advocate for them and their families.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.
