You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.
— Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
Hayden’s training in a broad range of therapeutic modalities allows her to tailor her treatment plans to meet each client’s individual needs. She utilizes a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), psychodynamic and existential approaches, and is receiving ongoing training from Sara Vicendese in the use of exposure therapy with response prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders..
Hayden enjoys spending time in nature through hiking, surfing, and running. She is an avid yoga practitioner who incorporates breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation into her clinical work (and also her personal practice!)
